The stems firm, and leaves are crisp, smooth, and wide. Baby Bok choy is tender and crunchy with a sweet, fresh flavour. Can help make a delicious plate of mixed greens with oyster sauce or a nice stir-fry. Bok choy is an excellent source of vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin A, and beta-carotene. It is a very good source of folate, calcium, and vitamin B6 as well.
